Gregg Allman is dropping a lawsuit against the company making a movie about his life.
Allman sued the company in an attempt to stop filming on Midnight Rider after an accident with a train killed a 28-year-old camera assistant.
Allman says the company missed deadlines and the fatal accident harmed his reputation. But on Tuesday, the two sides reached an agreement and lawyers for the Allman Brothers Band dropped the suit.
It's not clear what the conditions of the agreement are or if filming on the movie will continue.
